Ms. Elsa Sequeira Santos specializes in real estate & tourism and has been involved in several property acquisitions and hotel projects.

She also practices in dispute resolution in the areas of Business, Contract and Property Law, has an in‑depth knowledge of Procedural Law and an extensive experience in Litigation.
Elsa has participated in working groups and expert groups in charge of drafting national legislation in the areas of Civil and Procedural Law, such as Urban Lease Law and Procedural Law reforms, as well as European Law, such as financial collateral arrangements directives.
Elsa Sequeira Santos was an assistant and lecturer at the University of Lisbon Law School for nearly twenty years.
