According to Law 56/2023 of 06 October, within two months of the date of its entry into force, 07 October 2023, holders of the local accommodation register will be obliged to prove that they are maintaining the activity. Proof is provided by submitting a tax return (e.g. the latest IRS tax return). This communication is made on the RNAL – Registo Nacional de Alojamento Local through the Balcão Único Eletrónico.
